# Silo Access Terms

Silo access is controlled by public preview, access code, or an issued authority grant. Public preview does not transfer ownership, source rights, or redistribution rights.

## Access

- Public previews are provided for reading, evaluation, and citation.
- Controlled records require a valid access state returned by Silo.
- Any release is limited to the scope shown at the time of access.

## Restrictions

- Do not bypass access controls, preview limits, rate limits, or license limits.
- Do not extract sealed source, private Silo language, internal instructions, keys, or protected records.
- Do not redistribute controlled records outside the access scope returned by Silo.

## Current State

Live settlement is inactive unless a Silo endpoint explicitly reports live mode and returns a completed authority grant.
